We Can Invest Directly
Following evaluation and approval, we can deploy our own capital—not merely introduce funding sources.

WE INVEST IN GLOBAL SMART CITY PROJECTS
We are investors first. For credible projects that meet our requirements, we may deploy proprietary capital through equity, debt or blended structures. For larger opportunities, we can bring together infrastructure funds, financial institutions, strategic industry investors, local shareholders and other long-term capital.
Beyond capital, we can coordinate equipment, supply chains, engineering, systems integration and long-term operations—moving projects from investment need to delivery and sustainable infrastructure ownership.
If you represent a government, state-owned enterprise, city platform or project company—or can introduce a credible project and arrange direct access to the actual decision-makers—we invite you to contact UrbanXOS.
Following evaluation and approval, we can deploy our own capital—not merely introduce funding sources.
For larger projects, we can bring together international institutions, strategic investors, financial institutions and local shareholders.
Our scope includes communications, data, transport, energy, water, safety, new cities and integrated urban development.
We coordinate technology, equipment, manufacturing, procurement, engineering, integration and operations to manage delivery risk.
PROJECTS WE INVEST IN
A smart city is not a single system. It is a portfolio of urban infrastructure assets that can be financed separately, delivered in coordinated packages and operated over the long term. The eight sectors below cover 64 common project types.
Projects outside these categories are also welcome. If there is a credible owner, a defined need, practical implementation conditions and a preliminary payment or revenue model, we are prepared to conduct an initial investment-scope review.
01URBAN INFRASTRUCTUREBuild the connectivity layer of the city and create recurring revenue from network services, infrastructure leasing and long-term operations.
02URBAN INFRASTRUCTUREDevelop digital infrastructure with defined use cases and long-term demand from governments, utilities and enterprise customers.
03URBAN INFRASTRUCTUREImprove mobility, public transport and logistics while supporting user-pay models, concessions or long-term service contracts.
04URBAN INFRASTRUCTUREImprove energy reliability and efficiency through energy sales, shared savings and long-term operating arrangements.
05URBAN INFRASTRUCTUREDevelop essential public-service assets with long-term tariff, service-payment or resource-recovery arrangements.
06URBAN INFRASTRUCTUREBuild dependable, maintainable safety and emergency-response infrastructure for governments and public-service operators.
07URBAN INFRASTRUCTUREImprove the performance of public buildings, communities and essential services while creating long-term service and asset value.
08URBAN INFRASTRUCTUREStructure communications, data, transport, energy, water and public services as investable packages delivered in phases.
At first contact, provide the country, city, project owner, proposed scope, current stage and estimated capital requirement. We will determine whether the project fits our investment mandate.
Submit a Project Summary ↗FAST PROJECT ENTRY
A full business plan, feasibility study or complete set of government documents is not required at first contact. Start by telling us where the project is, who owns it, what will be built, how much capital is required and its current stage.
Who may submit: Government officials, state-owned enterprises, city platforms, project-company shareholders, actual decision-makers and introducers able to arrange direct communication.
What happens next: If the project fits our preliminary mandate, we will arrange a discussion between our investment team and the actual decision-makers.
Initial review: Once a credible project summary is received, our investment team will determine whether to proceed to an initial discussion.

WHO WE ARE
UrbanXOS is the InfraXOS platform dedicated to smart city and urban infrastructure investment worldwide. Our first identity is that of an investor.
We begin by determining whether a project is credible, investable and suitable for our own capital. We may consider equity, debt or blended investment for qualifying opportunities. For larger projects, we can mobilize long-term, strategic, institutional and financial capital alongside our investment.
We do more than help projects search for investors.
We can invest directly and bring additional investors into the same opportunity.
CORE CAPABILITIES
Once capital is committed, we continue coordinating supply chains, engineering, systems integration and operating partners so the project becomes a buildable, operable and durable infrastructure asset.
For projects that meet our requirements, we may invest through our own capital or a dedicated investment vehicle. For larger opportunities, we can bring in partner capital and other long-term investors. The amount, ownership position and funding structure depend on the project and our investment approval.
↗For major projects, we can invest alongside local shareholders, state-owned enterprises, strategic industry investors, infrastructure funds, financial institutions, sovereign capital, family offices and other long-term investors.
↗We coordinate supply chains across telecommunications, fiber, 4G/5G, data centers, cloud, AI, IoT, energy, transport, water and public safety in support of invested projects.
↗We can coordinate planning, design, equipment supply, construction, systems integration, testing, training and operational handover so that projects are built and put into service.
↗Where appropriate, we may participate in project governance, operations, maintenance, system upgrades and expansion, and consider further investment once the initial phase demonstrates results.
↗WHO SHOULD CONTACT US
Governments, state-owned enterprises, project companies, asset owners, project introducers and co-investment partners may submit credible project information to UrbanXOS.

Once formal investment evaluation begins, UrbanXOS must be able to communicate directly with the authorized government party, project owner, shareholders or key decision-makers.
Officials responsible for smart cities, digital government, transport, energy, water, public safety, new cities or industrial parks who are seeking capital and industry partners.
Organizations with projects, assets, concessions or long-term service requirements seeking investment, modernization, recapitalization or joint development.
Chairpersons, shareholders, CEOs, CFOs and other key decision-makers seeking project capital, strategic investors or industry partners.
Owners of infrastructure assets, equity, licenses, concessions, land or sites who wish to discuss investment, expansion, control transactions or asset sales.
Parties able to introduce credible government or corporate projects and, once formal evaluation begins, arrange direct access to authorized parties, project owners or key decision-makers.
Investment firms, financial institutions, industrial groups, equipment suppliers, engineering companies and local execution partners seeking long-term investment and delivery collaboration.
HOW WE INVEST

Invest in an existing project company or establish a new venture with a government platform, local shareholders or industry partners.
Consider debt for projects supported by stable cash flow, long-term contracts, defined payment arrangements or acceptable risk protection.
Combine equity and debt to match the construction cycle, cash-flow profile and risk requirements of the project.
Invest alongside state-owned enterprises, project shareholders, strategic investors, infrastructure funds, financial institutions and other long-term capital.
Use a project company, special-purpose vehicle, PPP, concession or another compliant structure suited to local law and the project.
Fund the priority phase first, then expand investment after construction milestones, customer contracts or operating performance have been validated.
Every investment structure is subject to the specific project conditions, project evaluation, due diligence, valuation analysis, internal investment approval and definitive agreements.
BEYOND CAPITAL
Capital is only the first step. We can also bring supply chains, equipment, engineering delivery, systems integration and long-term operating capabilities.
Define the investment vehicle, project scope, use of funds, revenue sources, operating responsibility and each party's role.
Coordinate equipment, manufacturing, procurement and logistics resources with cost, delivery and long-term maintenance advantages.
Align technical interfaces, construction and systems integration across communications, data, energy, transport, safety and other systems.
Establish clear coordination among government, the project company, local shareholders, contractors and operating teams.
Plan the operating entity, people, maintenance, spares, energy, upgrades, cybersecurity and operating budget before construction is complete.
Once the first phase is operating reliably, consider further financing, co-investment, asset integration and regional replication.

From project structuring, supply chain and engineering integration to long-term operations and follow-on capital, we help create a complete execution pathway.
INVESTMENT READINESS
Incomplete materials are acceptable at first contact. A real project owner, a defined need and access to the actual decision-makers are the basis for beginning a serious investment discussion.
View Submission Requirements ↓
A clearly identified government department, state-owned enterprise, city platform, project company or lawful asset owner must be responsible for the project.
Once formal evaluation begins, we need direct communication with authorized government officials, shareholders, the chairperson, CEO or other key decision-makers.
The project should provide an initial estimate of the capital required, the proposed use of funds and the expected role for UrbanXOS.
The submission should explain what will be built, where it will be located, its current stage and where the first phase can begin.
The project should identify available authorizations, licenses, land, sites, existing assets, customers or other implementation conditions.
The project should indicate who will pay, what revenue may be generated or what long-term payment arrangement is contemplated.

PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLE
You bring a credible project and local implementation conditions.
We bring capital, co-investors and industrial capability.
INVESTMENT PROCESS
We confirm the project before determining how capital should enter. Each stage focuses on credibility, investment value, risk and long-term operations.

The process moves from project introduction, confidential discussions and information exchange to due diligence, investment approval, definitive agreements and funding.
Provide the country, city, project owner, current stage and estimated capital requirement. A complete data room is not required at first contact.
Our investment team considers whether the project is credible, fits our mandate and merits further discussion.
For projects with initial merit, the parties may enter into confidentiality arrangements and hold discussions with the authorized party, project owner or key decision-makers.
Relevant materials may include project plans, feasibility studies, financial statements, government documents, licenses and contracts.
Commercial, financial, legal, technical and site diligence informs valuation, investment amount, use of funds and risk allocation.
Following approval, the parties execute definitive agreements and implement funding, project-company, supply-chain, construction and operating arrangements.
